1. One-month money-back guarantee
PrimeLogue plans are yearly subscriptions. The price of each plan is shown on our website before GST, and 18% GST is added to every plan. If you are not happy with your PrimeLogue website for any reason, you can ask for a refund within one month of your purchase.
- If you do not need the domain: we refund the full amount you paid for the plan, and the domain is cancelled.
- If you want to keep the domain: we deduct the domain charge from your refund and hand the domain over to you. Any renewal or transfer charges for the domain are paid by you.
- Basic plans on a PrimeLogue subdomain (such as yourshop.primelogue.com) have no domain to keep, so the full plan amount is refunded.
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or call +91 9020 48 6060 within one month of your purchase, with your business name, the phone number on your account and your payment reference. Tell us whether you want to keep your domain. The refund is paid back to the original payment method.
3. Domain ownership
Your domain name belongs to you. Depending on what you prefer, we either register the domain in your own account, or register it in our account and manage it for you.
If we registered the domain in our account, we will transfer it to your account whenever you ask, as long as your PrimeLogue plan is active. Transferring or sharing the domain with you while your plan is active is our obligation, not a favour. Any charges the domain registrar makes for the transfer are paid by you.
4. When a plan is cancelled or not renewed
A domain held in our account stays active only while you have an active PrimeLogue plan. If your plan is cancelled, refunded or not renewed, the domain is automatically cancelled. If you want to keep it, ask us to transfer it to your account before your plan ends; the transfer and future renewal charges are paid by you. Domains registered in your own account stay with you, and their renewal is your responsibility.
5. Orders placed on our clients' stores
If you bought a product from a business whose website runs on PrimeLogue, that business is the seller. Please contact the business directly for cancellations, returns or refunds of your order. Primal Codes Technologies provides the software and does not sell or deliver those products.
